EKH, about 10 months, male Itchy (white) and Scratchy (red-white) are a real dream team – inseparable. Where the one is, the other is. They sleep close to each other, brush each other and give themselves security in a world that is still quite scary to them. The two brothers were secured with traps after they had stopped on a heavily driven road for a long time. Whether they were exposed there, we cannot say with certainty – the assumption is obvious. It is all the more important now to find a home for the two in which they can finally rest. Itchy and Scratchy are still very anxious and do not want to be touched. They need people with patience, understanding and the necessary sensitivity that give them the time to build trust – without pressure, but with heart. But what they already show: a pronounced game drive! With a little distance they can be animated to play, and you can develop your confidence step by step. For Itchy and Scratchy we are looking for a quiet home without children and without other animals where they can arrive together. After a longer period of reconciliation, the two would like to be able to regain freedom – in a low traffic environment. Who gives this two sensitive souls a chance not only gets two cats, but a team that goes through life together – and with time surely also conquers the hearts of his people. EKH, ca. 10 Monate, männlich Itchy (weiß) und Scratchy (rot-weiß) sind ein echtes Dream-Team – und zwar unzertrennlich. Wo der eine ist, ist auch der andere. Sie schlafen eng aneinander gekuschelt, putzen sich gegenseitig und geben sich Sicherheit in einer Welt, die ihnen aktuell noch ziemlich unheimlich erscheint. Die beiden Brüder wurden mit Fallen gesichert, nachdem sie sich über längere Zeit an einer stark befahrenen Straße aufgehalten hatten. Ob sie dort ausgesetzt wurden, können wir nicht mit Sicherheit sagen – die Vermutung liegt allerdings nahe. Umso wichtiger ist es jetzt, für die zwei ein Zuhause zu finden, in dem sie endlich zur Ruhe kommen dürfen. Aktuell sind Itchy und Scratchy noch sehr ängstlich und möchten nicht angefasst werden. Sie brauchen Menschen mit Geduld, Verständnis und dem nötigen Feingefühl, die ihnen die Zeit geben, Vertrauen aufzubauen – ohne Druck, aber mit Herz. Was sie aber jetzt schon zeigen: einen ausgeprägten Spieltrieb! Mit etwas Abstand lassen sie sich gut zum Spielen animieren, und genau darüber kann man sich Schritt für Schritt ihr Vertrauen erarbeiten. Für Itchy und Scratchy suchen wir ein ruhiges Zuhause ohne Kinder und ohne andere Tiere, in dem sie gemeinsam ankommen dürfen. Nach einer längeren Eingewöhnungszeit möchten die beiden unbedingt wieder Freigang genießen können – in einer verkehrsarmen Umgebung. Wer diesen zwei sensiblen Seelen eine Chance gibt, bekommt nicht nur zwei Katzen, sondern ein eingespieltes Team, das zusammen durchs Leben geht – und mit der Zeit sicher auch die Herzen seiner Menschen erobert.
