Hello! I'm Ivana! I was born in February 2019 and I have a congenital disease that has caused me to lose almost all of my sight. Very stressed when I arrived at the shelter, I quickly trusted the caretakers. Now I come seeking affection and comfort by snuggling up to them. I am a sensitive lady who needs reassurance, which is why I would need kind and attentive people. Young children should be avoided as they might make me uncomfortable, as well as other cats. I have been treated since my arrival to manage my stress and over-protectiveness, and it may be possible to stop the treatment with a veterinary follow-up once I am well settled in my new family. However, there is one thing that turns me away from petting: balls! I love chasing them! I keep this energy for play: when I am walked on a leash, I do not pull. I am okay with males and females but I should be the only animal in the house! 😊 The caretakers have fallen under my charm, come discover why...

Bonjour ! Moi, c’est Ivana ! Je serais née en février 2019 et j’ai une maladie congénitale qui fait que j’ai perdu presque la totalité de ma vue. Très stressée à mon arrivée au refuge, j’ai rapidement accordé ma confiance aux nounous. Maintenant je viens chercher affection et réconfort en me blottissant contre elles. Je suis une demoiselle sensible ayant besoin d’être rassurée, c’est pourquoi il me faudrait des personnes douces et attentionnées. On évitera les jeunes enfants qui risqueraient de me mettre mal à l’aise et les chats ! J'ai été mise sous traitement depuis mon arrivée afin de canaliser mon stress et hyper protection, il sera envisageable de l'arrêter avec un suivi véto une fois bien installée dans ma famille. Il y a cependant une chose qui me détourne des caresses : les balles ! J’adore courir après ! Je garde cette énergie pour le jeu : lorsque l’on me promène en laisse je ne tire pas.
