IZZY is seeking a home without other animals where she would be the center of attention. Ideally, she would be adopted into a single-level home with a fenced yard. At 12 years old, she suffers from severe arthritis and leg issues, which make stairs unsuitable for her. She loves rolling around in the grass or on any surface that scratches her back! IZZY did not have an easy life before arriving at the shelter. She had very developed mammary glands, indicating she had multiple litters... We believe she was used only for breeding. Today, she is very close to humans she trusts and asks to meet everyone she encounters. She enjoys hugs and short walks. IZZY is a dog categorized as type 2 due to her breed, so a permit is required to become her future adopter.

Izzy recherche un foyer sans autre animal où elle serait le centre de l'attention. L'idéal serait d'être adoptée dans une maison de plein pied avec un jardin clôturé. Du haut de ses 12 ans, elle souffre d'une sévère arthrose ainsi que de problèmes aux pattes, ce qui la gêne dans ses déplacements, des escaliers ne seraient donc pas adaptés pour elle. Elle adore se rouler dans l'herbe ou sur tout type de sol du moment que ça gratte le dos ! Izzy n'a pas eu une vie facile avant d'arriver au refuge. Elle avait des mamelles très développées signe qu'elle a eu plusieurs portées... Nous pensons qu'elle n'était utilisée que pour la reproduction. Aujourd'hui, elle est très proche des humains en qui elle a confiance et demande à rencontrer toutes les personnes qu'elle croise. Elle apprécie les câlins et les balades (courtes). Izzy aime son confort. Izzy est une chienne catégorisée 2 en raison de sa race, il faut donc un permis de détention afin de devenir son futur papa ou sa futur maman.
