Hello, my name is Jack, I am 6 years old and am looking for a new, loving home as I feel very lonely since my brother passed away recently. I am quite tame and calm after an adjustment period, and I love to nibble on treats from the hand. There are no known health issues or dental problems with me. Up until now, I was "doctor-free" and had received proper food, appearing unremarkable, happy, and healthy. I was also unremarkable in group behavior, more submissive – but had also been alone for a longer time with just my buddy. In a larger group of 4 degus, I was definitely submissive and relaxed. I have been alone now for a few weeks, so I am longing for a buddy. I have been relatively friendly towards people so far. Upon agreement, I will also be brought to the new home, and the area will be discussed as well. If everything fits, my nut lover would also be open to longer trips and can make a direct impression of my new home.

Hallo, mein Name ist Jack, ich bin 6 Jahre alt und suche ein neues, liebevolles Zuhause, da ich mich sehr einsam fühle seitdem mein Bruder vor kurzem verstorben ist. Ich bin nach einer Eingewöhnung recht handzahm, ruhig und liebe es Leckerlis aus der Hand zu naschen. Bei mir sind keine Krankheiten/Zahnprobleme bekannt. Bisher war ich „doktorfrei“ und habe ordentliches Futter bekommen, wirke unauffällig, glücklich und gesund. Ich war auch im Gruppenverhalten unauffällig, eher auch unterwürfig – war jetzt aber auch eine längere Zeit nur zu zweit mit meinem Kumpel. In der größeren Gruppe von 4 Degus war ich definitiv unterwürfig und entspannt. Ich bin nun schon seit ein paar Wochen alleine, deshalb sehne ich mich nach einem Kumpel. Bisher bin ich Menschen gegenüber noch relativ zutraulich. Nach Absprache werde ich auch ins neue Heim gebracht, Umkreis ebenfalls nach Absprache. Wenn alles passt, wäre mein Nüsschengeber auch offen für längere Fahrten und er kann sich direkt einen Eindruck von meinem neuen Zuhause machen.
