Jade, geb. 2022, ca. 45-50 cm Schulterhöhe, im Shelter seit 2024 Jade – von der Angst zurück ins Leben 🖤🐾 Jade ist seit zwei Jahren bei uns im Shelter – und diese Zeit hat sie fast ausschließlich an einem einzigen Ort verbracht: in einer Hütte. 24/7. Zwei Jahre lang. Sie kam aus der Tötung zu uns, voller Angst und völlig gefangen in sich selbst. Für Jade gab es lange nur einen sicheren Platz – und das war diese Hütte. Kein Rausgehen, kein Erkunden, kein Vertrauen. Nur Rückzug. Irgendwann war klar: So darf es für sie nicht weitergehen. Wir haben Jade aus diesem Kreislauf herausgeholt und sie zu Julia in den Wohnwagen gebracht – ein geschützter, ruhiger Ort, an dem sie zum ersten Mal anfangen konnte, sich von all dem zu erholen. Und Jade hat diese Chance genutzt. 💛 Ihre Entwicklung ist beeindruckend und berührt uns sehr. Heute ist sie ein fester Bestandteil von Julias Rudel. Sie ist noch immer zurückhaltend, aber nicht mehr panisch. Sie zittert nicht mehr und sie verbringt ihren Alltag nicht mehr versteckt in einer Ecke. Sie geht raus, bewegt sich, nimmt am Leben teil. Man kann mittlerweile ganz selbstverständlich an ihr vorbeigehen, ohne dass sie panisch aufspringt oder flüchtet. Wenn sie liegt oder schläft, bleibt sie einfach liegen. Dinge, die für viele Hunde selbstverständlich sind, sind für Jade riesige Fortschritte. Jade ist stubenrein und lässt sich anfassen – auch wenn sie Nähe noch nicht wirklich genießen kann. Aber sie lässt es zu. Und das ist ein großer Schritt. Jetzt ist Jade an einem Punkt angekommen, an dem es im Shelter nicht mehr weitergeht. Sie braucht ein Zuhause. Menschen, die sie mit Geduld, Zeit und Verständnis weiter begleiten. Die nichts von ihr erwarten, sondern ihr zeigen, dass sie in ihrem Tempo ankommen darf. Dinge wie Kommandos oder Alltagstraining stehen aktuell nicht im Vordergrund – es geht darum, dass Jade weiter Vertrauen aufbauen und die Welt kennenlernen darf. Wir sind unglaublich froh, dass Jade diesen Schritt geschafft hat – von einem Leben in völliger Angst hin zu einem Hund, der wieder Teil der Welt sein kann. Jetzt fehlt nur noch das letzte Stück ihres Weges.
