Meet Jake! High-energy and nervous. He is insecure around people and needs time to learn to trust. He does not get along with other animals. He was chewing on his tail, and the decision was made to amputate it. Euthanasia was considered at one point, but we did not allow it. Vana, who works at the boarding house, devoted time to him, taught him to walk on a leash, and at least a year later he started going out into the yard. He is also insecure about being touched on his body.
