Personality & BehaviorJamon was rescued from the streets and has already shown just how much potential he has. He is a bright, focused and motivated dog who thrives on human companionship and clear structure. Highly intelligent and eager to learn, Jamon responds extremely well to routine and guidance, making him a very rewarding companion for someone who truly enjoys training and engaging with their dog. With the right adopters, a strong bond and deep loyalty will develop naturally.Jamon is a sporty, athletic dog who requires daily physical exercise, mental stimulation and good-quality nutrition to remain balanced and healthy. He is not suited to a sedentary lifestyle, nor to adopters who rely on treats instead of consistent training. His intelligence is one of his greatest strengths, but without sufficient stimulation and direction, he can become frustrated.Jamon is currently in foster care in Albufeira, where Alison works with him daily on training, boundaries and adapting to home life. He is doing extremely well and continues to demonstrate just how much he can flourish with clarity, time and commitment.
