His story: Sometimes we receive dogs about whose past we know very little. That's the case with Jasper: He was brought to the shelter Bistrita by the dog catchers. We can't say much about his life before – but everything points to the fact that he hasn't experienced much that was bad. Jasper is friendly, open, and full of curiosity about the world. The small male dog is currently about 3.5–4 months old and is expected to grow to a medium size. He has a cute, light brown and black spotted coat and that special puppy look that immediately captures the heart. Jasper loves people, is friendly to everyone he meets, and seeks their company. With other dogs, he shows a playful and open attitude, so he would surely fit well into a pack or as a second dog. He hasn't met any cats yet. Of course, Jasper still needs to learn the entire dog ABC. House training, leash training, recall, and the like are still on his to-do list. Right now, as he's on the verge of puberty, he needs people who work with patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement and guide him lovingly through the puppy chaos. A positively working dog training class would also be a great opportunity for Jasper to continue learning and build bond and trust with his people. We wish Jasper a home where he is not only physically challenged – with walks, small adventures, playing, and running – but also mentally challenged. Intelligence games, nose work, or small tricks will surely bring him a lot of joy. But it's also important that Jasper can relax and get a safe, loving place where he can simply be a dog. Whoever takes Jasper into their life gets an open, eager-to-learn, and friendly puppy who brings everything to become a great lifelong companion. Jasper travels microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed, treated for fleas, and with an EU pet passport. Age-wise, he is not yet neutered. We would also be very happy about a foster home for the little guy! Who wants to give the wonderful Jasper a chance so he doesn't have to grow up in the shelter? Seine Geschichte: Manchmal erreichen uns Hunde, über deren Vergangenheit wir nur wenig wissen. So auch bei Jasper: Er wurde von den Hundefängern ins Shelter Bistrita gebracht. Viel können wir nicht über sein Leben davor sagen – aber alles deutet darauf hin, dass er noch nicht allzu Schlechtes erlebt hat. Jasper zeigt sich freundlich, offen und voller Neugier auf die Welt. Der kleine Rüde ist aktuell etwa 3,5–4 Monate alt und wird ausgewachsen voraussichtlich mittelgroß werden. Er hat ein niedliches, hellbraun-schwarz gezeichnetes Fell und diesen ganz besonderen Welpenblick, der sofort ins Herz trifft. Jasper liebt Menschen, ist freundlich zu allen, die ihm begegnen, und sucht ihre Nähe. Mit anderen Hunden zeigt er sich verspielt und aufgeschlossen, sodass er sich sicher auch gut in ein Rudel oder als Zweithund einfügen würde. Katzen konnte er bisher nicht kennenlernen. Natürlich muss Jasper noch das gesamte Hunde-ABC lernen. Stubenreinheit, Leinenführigkeit, Rückruf und Co. stehen noch auf seiner To-do-Liste. Gerade jetzt, wo er auf dem Sprung in die Pubertät ist, braucht er Menschen, die mit Geduld, Konsequenz und positiver Verstärkung arbeiten und ihn liebevoll durchs Junghundchaos begleiten. Auch eine positiv arbeitende Hundeschule wäre für Jasper eine tolle Möglichkeit, weiter zu lernen und gleichzeitig Bindung und Vertrauen zu seinen Menschen aufzubauen. Wir wünschen uns für Jasper ein Zuhause, in dem er nicht nur körperlich ausgelastet wird – Spaziergänge, kleine Abenteuer, Toben und Spielen – sondern auch geistig gefordert ist. Intelligenzspiele, Nasenarbeit oder kleine Tricks werden ihm sicher viel Freude bereiten. Genauso wichtig ist aber, dass Jasper zur Ruhe kommen darf und einen sicheren, liebevollen Platz bekommt, an dem er einfach Hund sein kann. Wer Jasper in sein Leben holt, bekommt einen offenen, lernwilligen und freundlichen Junghund, der alles mitbringt, um ein großartiger Begleiter fürs Leben zu werden. Jasper reist gechipt, geimpft, entwurmt, entfloht und mit EU-Heimtierausweis. Altersbedingt ist er noch nicht kastriert. Nach positiver Vorkontrolle und gegen eine Schutzgebühr von 500 Euro darf er in sein neues Zuhause ziehen. Auch über eine Pflegestelle für den kleinen Mann würden wir uns sehr freuen!
