Having lived isolated in a yard for much of his life, he is still discovering many things today. 🖤 Jay is a dog with some temperament, who can test his humans and will need an extremely clear, consistent, and stable framework. He will not suit people who are hesitant or inexperienced. With him, someone needs to be able to set limits calmly but firmly, without entering into unnecessary conflict. Behind this sometimes rough character, there is nonetheless an intelligent, observant dog capable of evolving when properly guided. Jay needs strong, patient, and committed humans, ready to build a relationship based on consistency and trust. He is not the easiest dog at the shelter, but he is also not a dog without a future. He just needs the right people, in the right place, with the right expectations. ✨

Ayant vécu isolé dans une cour pendant une grande partie de sa vie, il découvre encore aujourd’hui beaucoup de choses. 🖤 Jay est un chien avec du tempérament, qui peut tester ses humains et qui aura besoin d’un cadre extrêmement clair, cohérent et stable. Il ne conviendra pas à des personnes hésitantes ou novices. Avec lui, il faut quelqu’un capable de poser des limites calmement mais fermement, sans rentrer dans le conflit inutile. Derrière ce caractère parfois brut se cache malgré tout un chien intelligent, observateur et capable d’évoluer lorsqu’il est correctement encadré. Jay a besoin d’humains solides, patients et investis, prêts à construire une relation basée sur la constance et la confiance. Ce n’est pas le chien le plus “facile” du refuge, mais ce n’est pas non plus un chien sans avenir. Il lui faut simplement les bonnes personnes, au bon endroit, avec les bonnes attentes. ✨
