Jenson is a confident, affectionate and fun loving young dog with a real zest for life. He thrives on human company and loves being involved in whatever is going on around him. Friendly and outgoing, Jenson enjoys attention and playtime and is always keen to make new friends, whether that’s people or dogs out and about. He has grown up in a busy family home and is comfortable sharing his space with school aged children, enjoying play and interaction while also being able to settle when things calm down. Jenson would suit an active household where his enthusiasm and sociable nature can be channelled positively through routine, training and regular exercise. When out on walks, Jenson is upbeat and eager to explore. He enjoys open spaces and varied routes and would benefit from daily walks and opportunities to keep both his mind and body busy. He is friendly with other dogs but can be a bit over excitable when first meeting them, so adopters will need to help him practise calm, polite greetings. With the right match and careful introductions, he may be able to live with another dog who can cope with his energy. Jenson is not suitable to live with cats or small animals. Once his exercise and social needs are met, Jenson settles well at home and makes a loving, engaging companion. He is looking for a family who can offer structure, activity and plenty of positive interaction, and in return he’ll bring lots of personality and affection to his new home.
