Adopt Jim-bob

Lurcher · Male · Young · 2 years

Please welcome to the hotel our newest Lurcher boy, Jim-Bob who was brought into our care as a suspected fake stray and wearing an unethical e-collar. Since arriving, Jim-Bob has been nothing but a delight. He has taken kennel life in his stride and adores all of the care and attention he’s been receiving from his new carers and volunteers friends. Jim-Bob is very active, inquisitive and is full of life. He enjoys a good walk, taking in all of the new sights and zooming around in true Lurcher style. He has very good social manners with dogs and humans alike. Jim-Bob is a playful happy boy. If he was to have a canine friend, we would hope for a neutered male or female of similar energy levels. He has good lead manners, he does enjoy a good zoom before his walk to burn off his sighthound sprint. His new owners will need to be committed to enrolling him onto training classes to help him continue his socialisation skills. There’s no doubt that Jim-Bob would thrive being introduced to a sighthound sport which will fullfil his breeds needs and keep his mind and body stimulated. He could possibly live with children who used to the sighthound breed spaghetti legs, we would also be happy to introduce resident felines who are dog savvy. This will all be based on controlled introductions done here at the centre. Enjoying a walk with my friends
