Junior is a black and brown American Akita male, born in June 2023. Junior weighs approximately 40 kg and has a shoulder height of about 58 cm. Junior is looking for a new home because his owner can no longer care for him due to a mobility impairment. Junior spent the first 11 months of his life isolated in a kennel, then he came to the son of his current owner in May 2024. In May 2025, his mother, his current owner, took him over. Junior is a calm, balanced dog at home. Initially, Junior was very uncertain and anxious because he knew nothing. Meanwhile, he moves more and more carefree on the drag leash and is curious, but still respectful of strangers. He likes to lie down in the entrance area and barks when a stranger approaches the property or the front door. If a stranger enters the premises, he is first carefully examined and shown that he has no business with his favorite food such as bones, etc., if the person comes near. After a short time, he relaxes and lies down again in his place.

Junior ist ein schwarzbrauner Amerikanischer Akita-RÃ¼de, geboren Juni 2023. Junior wiegt ca. 40 kg und hat eine SchulterhÃ¶he von ca. 68 cm. Junior sucht ein neues Zuhause, weil seine Besitzerin sich nicht mehr um ihn kÃ¼mmern kann (Gehbehinderung). Junior hat nach der Trennung von der Mutter bis zum 11. Lebensmonat isoliert in einem Zwinger verbracht, dann kam er im Mai 2024 zum Sohn der jetzigen Besitzerin. Im August 2025 Ã¼bernahm ihn die Mutter, seine jetzige Besitzerin. Junior ist zuhause ein ruhiger, ausgeglichener Hund. Anfangs war Junior sehr unsicher und Ã¤ngstlich, weil er nichts kannte. Mittlerweile bewegt er sich an der Schleppleine immer unbeschwerter und ist neugierig, aber dennoch mit Respekt vor Unbekanntem unterwegs. Er legt sich gern in den Eingangsbereich und schlÃ¤gt an, wenn ein Unbekannter auf das GrundstÃ¼ck oder an die HaustÃ¼r kommt. Betritt ein Fremder die RÃ¤umlichkeiten wird dieser erstmal genau gemustert und ihm gezeigt, dass er nichts an seinem Lieblingsfressen wie Knochen etc. zu suchen hat, falls der Mensch in deren NÃ¤he kommt. Nach kurzer Zeit entspannt er sich und legt sich wieder auf seinen Platz.
