Kaj is a mixed breed dog who arrived at our shelter from the Jaktorów municipality. He is a mature dog who doesn't immediately trust humans. He needs time, a calm approach, and a sense of security to open his heart. Kaj has impaired vision and hearing, so the world isn't always easy for him to understand. Sometimes he may need a moment to figure out what's happening. That's why a person who doesn't demand anything from him - just patiently shows him that he doesn't have to be afraid - will be important to him. We're not looking for a perfect home for Kaj. We're looking for a good and understanding person who sees in him not age or limitations, but a dog who still has a great need for closeness, peace, and being someone's beloved companion. Kaj may not run to greet you right away. He may need many days, weeks, or even longer to really trust. But when he feels that you are his person, this bond can become something special. Give Kaj a chance to live his life with a person who will be his safe haven. He doesn't need much... just a little time, a lot of warmth, and someone who says: "You're safe now. You can rest now." DON'T BUY - ADOPT! A DOG WHO COMES TO OUR SHELTER IS COVERED BY A 14-DAY QUARANTINE.
