Kál család Kapolcs

Mixed Breed · Male · Adult · 7 years

Located at: 2019.10.06. The Kál family and their mother arrived on 2019.01.22 from the settlement of Kál. They lived in an uninhabited house, rather in the garden, under terrible conditions. After a request for help, they were taken into care. The Kál family's puppies (3 female dogs, 2 males) are mixed breed dogs born around November 2018. We are looking for a loving, responsible owner for them, people who are aware of the challenges involved in raising a shy dog. We do not give them for garden keeping only. They long for a home where they can live as full-fledged family members, whether it is sports, play, hiking, or evening TV watching, where they have daily activities and can live safely until the end of their lives. They can be adopted if they are vaccinated, microchipped, and neutered. Attention, the dog is located at the NOÉ Animal Shelter's branch. You can inquire about it at our address! More pictures HERE!

About Kál család Kapolcs

What life with Kál család Kapolcs looks like

Kál család Kapolcs is a small adult mixed breed dog waiting at Noé Állatotthon in Budapest.

An adult dog fits most household rhythms once the first couple of weeks of adjustment pass. Two reasonable walks a day plus play time is usually enough. Plan a "decompression fortnight" — quiet routine, no visitors, no off-leash adventures — to let them settle.

Note from the shelter: Requires patient owner experienced with shy dogs

🇭🇺Adopting from Hungary

Hungarian shelters operate at high capacity given the country's stray population. Animals leave sterilized, chipped, and with a passport. Many shelters coordinate transport to Germany, Austria, and the Nordics.

Frequently asked

Adopting Kál család Kapolcs, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Kál család Kapolcs?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Noé Állatotthon handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Kál család Kapolcs on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Kál család Kapolcs if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Noé Állatotthon will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Kál család Kapolcs already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most dogs on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Kál család Kapolcs isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Noé Állatotthon early rather than rehoming privately; they know Kál család Kapolcs and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (HU). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
