When love blossoms from domestic rabbits and wild rabbits, sometimes Paco emerges. Our Paco is a mix of rabbit and wild rabbit and brings some special traits along. He is very reserved with people and feels most comfortable when he can observe everything from a safe distance. His pronounced flight instinct makes him a cautious and independent little fellow. Nevertheless, we are convinced that with patience, calmness, and understanding, a lot of trust can be built. Paco has now been with us for four months and has made great progress: He reliably shows up at his regular feeding times, sniffs curiously at his familiar caregivers, and observes the cleaning work from a distance but with interest. Due to his strong flight instinct, we do not place Paco in a household with small children. He seeks a quiet home with people who can give him the time he needs and accept him as he is.

Wenn aus Hauskaninchen und Wildkaninchen Liebe wird, kommt manchmal ein Paco dabei heraus. Unser Paco ist ein Kaninchen-Wildmix und bringt dementsprechend einige besondere Eigenschaften mit. Menschen gegenüber ist er sehr zurückhaltend und fühlt sich am wohlsten, wenn er alles aus sicherer Entfernung beobachten kann. Sein ausgeprägter Fluchtinstinkt macht ihn zu einem vorsichtigen und unabhängigen kleinen Kerl. Dennoch sind wir überzeugt, dass man mit Geduld, Ruhe und Verständnis viel Vertrauen aufbauen kann. Seit vier Monaten lebt Paco nun bei uns und hat bereits tolle Fortschritte gemacht: Zu seinen festen Fütterungszeiten kommt er zuverlässig vorbei, er schnuppert neugierig an seinen vertrauten Pflegern und beobachtet vom weiten aber interessiert die Reinigungsarbeiten Aufgrund seines starken Fluchtinstinkts vermitteln wir Paco nicht in einen Haushalt mit kleinen Kindern.
