Katariina Rosaalie

Mixed Breed · Female · Young · 3 years

16.10.2023 A very friendly long-haired three-colored female kitten arrived at the shelter from the Muratsi area. It appeared on Allika street in mid-September, but no local person has recognized it yet. Spayed, microchipped, and received parasite treatment. Will go to Katariina Rosaalie with an adoption agreement and a fee. Interested parties must first fill out a questionnaire, which can be found here: If you are interested, please write, send a message via Facebook Messenger or even call 58370708. Make an appointment and come visit Roos! We cannot change the whole world, but we can certainly take care of one cat that got stuck for some reason.

About Katariina Rosaalie

What life with Katariina Rosaalie looks like

Katariina Rosaalie is a young adult mixed breed cat waiting at MTÜ Saaremaa Lemmikloomade Turvakodu in Kuressaare.

An adult cat usually shows their personality within a week. Give them a quiet room with everything they need (food, water, litter, hiding spot) and let them choose when to explore. Don't force interaction — every cat decides for themselves when a new home counts as home.

🇪🇪Adopting from Estonia

The shelter typically completes the animal's vaccinations, microchipping, and pet passport before adoption. Specific fees and process details vary by shelter and country — confirm directly via the contact details in the sidebar.

Frequently asked

Adopting Katariina Rosaalie, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Katariina Rosaalie?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. MTÜ Saaremaa Lemmikloomade Turvakodu handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Katariina Rosaalie on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Katariina Rosaalie if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — MTÜ Saaremaa Lemmikloomade Turvakodu will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Katariina Rosaalie already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most cats on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Katariina Rosaalie isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with MTÜ Saaremaa Lemmikloomade Turvakodu early rather than rehoming privately; they know Katariina Rosaalie and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (ET). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
