Die fröhliche Kathi bringt einen ganz sicher zum Lachen und erobert die Herzen im Sturm. Wir nennen Kathi hier Käthe und sind nach wenigen Tagen schon sehr in sie verknallt. Käthe ist eine Traumhündin. Sie ist super gelaunt, mutig und unerschrocken, macht gerne Quatsch und testet altersgemäß, was geht, lässt sich aber sehr gut korrigieren. Sie ist stubenrein und läuft je nach Ablenkungsgrad gut an der Leine. Treppen sind kein Problem, sie bewegt sich bisher überall und ohne zu zögern. Wir leben hier momentan auf einer Baustelle. Unser Haus wird saniert. Käthe juckt das nicht. Weder die Handwerker noch die vielen Geräusche. Käthe lässt sich überall anfassen, die erste Kralle wurde schon geschnitten und trocken rubbeln nach dem Spazierengehen ist auch voll ok. Sie versteht, wenn sie in den Korb soll, kann schon Sitz und kommt im Haus, wenn man sie ruft. Draußen ist die Welt momentan dafür noch viel zu aufregend. Kühe findet sie bisher gruselig. Schafe mittlerweile interessant, Pferde zumindest aus der Entfernung. Andere Hunde findet sie bisher nicht so toll, wenn sie an der Leine ist. Mit unserem Hund hier Zuhause versteht sie sich bestens und würde gerne mit ihm spielen. Dafür ist unser Senior leider zu alt. Käthe ist außerdem eine absolute Schmuserin, umarmt und verteilt Küsse und würde gerne in einen hineinkrabbeln. Vermutlich ist ein (leichter) Jagdtrieb vorhanden, zumindest findet Käthe Fährten spannend. Für Käthe wünschen wir uns ein Zuhause, dass ihrem Tag Struktur gibt mit klaren Ruhepausen. Sie wäre auch ein toller Bürohund, wenn sie einen geschützten Schlafplatz hätte. Käthe liebt lange und ausgedehnte Spaziergänge oder Wanderungen. Sicherlich hätte sie auch Freude an Hundesport. Von Joggen, am Fahrrad mitlaufen und Ball spielen raten wir ab. Sie kennt kein Ende, überdreht dann und was für den Laien nach Freude aussieht ist purer Stress. Kau- und Zerrspielzeug klappt super. Aufgaben für den Kopf, welche die Konzentration fördern, wären top.
