On January 11, 2020, along with the colony cat, an elderly tribreed cat, around 5 years old at the time of intake, arrived at the shelter. Keiu fell into our care due to a litter box incident. The kittens did not seek help from their mother, instead, a neighbor took them in and, without sterilization or castration, the kitten army's relentless and multi-headed attack was inevitable. Four litters of kittens arrived at the shelter, including a taikasvanud (likely a typo, possibly meant to be "taikasvannud" meaning well-fed) isased (elderly cats), some were wild, but some were friendly and affectionate, and some were even lap cats. Keiu is a rehomed friendly kitten, gets along with everyone, and his tail doesn't mind. He loves treats and being petted. Keiu has been neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated and is ready to welcome visitors. Our lovely elderly tribreed kitten is up for adoption with a trial period; interested applicants must first complete a questionnaire available on our website www.saareloomad.ee.
