KELLY is pure joy and unconditional love. As a good puppy (female), she is curious about everything: new scents, sounds, games… nothing escapes her notice! Although she is a bit shy, she gains confidence quickly and seeks constant affection. She has an inquisitive and vital spirit, and she needs to move, explore, and discover the world around her. Besides being a lively puppy, KELLY is very smart. Podenco hounds, like her, are noble, sensitive dogs with surprising intelligence. She learns quickly and forms very deep bonds with the people who care for her. Whoever adopts KELLY will not only bring home a funny and faithful companion, but also a lifelong friend. Her story, like that of the rest of her litter, reflects a very harsh reality. Her mother was one of those puppies used for hunting and then forgotten, one of many victims of abandonment. When we found her, she had given birth among pallets and piles of filth, surrounded by danger and fear. Still, she fought to raise her little ones. Thanks to that warning, we were able to rescue her along with KELLY and her siblings, giving them the chance to start a new life surrounded by care and affection. Now, KELLY grows healthy, strong, and happy in the animal shelter, but she dreams of having her own home. A place where she can run without limits, receive affection every day, and sleep soundly knowing that, finally, she belongs to a family. Kelly es pura alegría y amor incondicional. Como buena cachorra, todo le despierta curiosidad: los olores nuevos, los sonidos, los juegos… ¡nada se le escapa! Aunque es un poco tímida, coge confianza enseguida y busca caricias constantes. Tiene un espíritu inquieto y vital, y necesita moverse, explorar y descubrir el mundo a su alrededor. Además de ser una perrita llena de vida, Kelly es muy lista. Los podencos, como ella, son perros nobles, sensibles y con una inteligencia que sorprende. Aprende rápido y crea vínculos muy profundos con las personas que la cuidan. Quien adopte a Kelly no solo se llevará una compañera divertida y fiel, sino también una amiga para toda la vida. Su historia, como la del resto de su camada, refleja una realidad muy dura. Su mamá fue una de esas perritas utilizadas para la caza y luego olvidadas, una de tantas víctimas del abandono.
