Once upon a time, there were five pure white kittens. Five little balls of fur, as white as snow... until someone found a can of black paint. And yes, there they went! A dab here, a swipe there, a black spot on the head, a dark back and a few extra paint strokes here and there. No kitten escaped the paintbrush. Only the tails were a bit enthusiastic... they all turned completely black! So five unique black-and-white kittens emerged from the paint pot. All with their own special pattern, but with one thing in common: a pitch-black tail. And if you look closely, you might still see a small white hair somewhere where the painter forgot... These 5 kittens are now looking for their forever home, meet: Kenzo has since founded his own company: Kenzo BV - Import, Export & Management of Everything That Is Kenzo's. The food? His exclusive property. The toys? Also his property. Another kitten who happens to look at his toys? GROMMMMM. He does share, but only after he first makes it clear that he absolutely does not agree with it. A kind of friendly kidnapping, you might say. And after all that business, of course, you have to relax. So then Mr. crawls onto a cushion, a blanket or your lap and starts to lick your shirt extensively. With a spinning sound as if he is trying to start a diesel engine at the same time. Kenzo is therefore a combination of a small mafia boss, a toy police officer and an overenthusiastic baby with a sucking addiction. And honestly... for such a cute criminal, you would almost voluntarily give up your entire toy supply and your food.

Er waren eens vijf spierwitte kittens. Vijf kleine bolletjes wol, zo wit als sneeuw… totdat iemand een pot zwarte verf vond. En ja hoor… daar gingen ze! Een likje hier, een veegje daar, een zwart vlekje op het hoofd, een donkere rug en hier en daar nog wat extra verf. Geen kitten ontsnapte aan de verfkwast. Alleen de staartjes werden een beetje enthousiast aangepakt… die werden bij alle vijf gewoon helemaal zwart! Zo kwamen er uiteindelijk vijf unieke zwart-witte kittens uit de verfpot tevoorschijn. Allemaal met hun eigen bijzondere tekening, maar met één ding gemeen: een pikzwarte staart. En als je goed kijkt, zie je misschien nog wel ergens een klein wit haartje waar de schilder iets vergeten is… Deze 5 kittens zijn nu op zoek naar hun forever home, maak kennis met: Kenzo heeft inmiddels een eigen bedrijf opgericht: Kenzo BV – Import, Export & Beheer van Alles Wat Van Kenzo Is. Het eten? Volledig eigendom. Het speelgoed? Ook zijn eigendom. Een ander kitten dat toevallig naar zijn speelgoed kijkt? GROMMMMM. Hij deelt overigens wel… maar alleen nadat hij eerst even duidelijk heeft gemaakt dat hij het daar absoluut niet mee eens is. Een soort vriendelijke gijzeling, zeg maar. En na al dat zakelijke gedoe moet er natuurlijk ontspannen worden. Dus dan kruipt meneer op een kussen, deken of op je schoot en begint uitgebreid aan je shirt te sabbelen. Met een spingeluid alsof hij ondertussen een dieselmotor probeert te starten. Kenzo is dus eigenlijk een combinatie van een kleine maffiabaas, een speelgoedpolitieagent en een overenthousiaste baby met een sabbelverslaving. En eerlijk… voor zo’n schattige crimineel zou je bijna vrijwillig je hele voorraad speelgoed en je eten afstaan.
