Kisköre Gary

Mixed Breed · Male · Puppy · 9 months

Originally arrived: October 2, 2025. A young mother dog and four male puppies came to us from Kiskör with the help of the Füzesabonyi Állatvéső foundation. The mother, who weighs barely 9-10 kg, is emaciated — she has not been nursing for weeks, as this dog family has been living on waste. The mother is a medium-sized mixed breed, so it is expected that the puppies will also be of similar size. Our babies from Kiskör, born around August 2025, have reached the age where they are looking for homes. We are looking for loving, patient families who understand that raising puppies is not just fun and laughter, but also a lot of learning, attention, and consistency. And of course, a little sense of humor is also helpful when your favorite slippers become the "victim." Each little one has a very unique personality, but in each of them is the boundless love and the desire to finally belong to someone. Our Kiskör family can be adopted as permanent family members, microchipped, continuing their vaccination program, with the obligation of neutering.

About Kisköre Gary

What life with Kisköre Gary looks like

Kisköre Gary is a small puppy/kitten mixed breed dog waiting at Noé Állatotthon in Budapest.

Puppies need routine, gentle socialization, and roughly two short outings a day for the first year. The first six months are the formative window — house-training, leash work, and quiet exposure to traffic, other dogs, and unfamiliar people happen now or not at all. Expect early-morning wake-ups and a few months of chewing.

🇭🇺Adopting from Hungary

Hungarian shelters operate at high capacity given the country's stray population. Animals leave sterilized, chipped, and with a passport. Many shelters coordinate transport to Germany, Austria, and the Nordics.

Frequently asked

Adopting Kisköre Gary, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Kisköre Gary?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Noé Állatotthon handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Kisköre Gary on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Kisköre Gary if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Noé Állatotthon will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Kisköre Gary already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most dogs on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Kisköre Gary isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Noé Állatotthon early rather than rehoming privately; they know Kisköre Gary and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (HU). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
