Here are five unique black-and-white kittens that emerged from a paint pot. Each one has its own special pattern, but they all share one thing in common: a jet-black tail. And if you look closely, you might still see a small white hair somewhere where the painter forgot something... These five kittens are now looking for their forever home. Meet: Crumb... he was once a tiny little fellow. So small that the name Crumb was actually more than logical. But that crumb has grown up now! He has grown from the smallest boy to the biggest of the whole litter, including an impressive long tail that deserves its own zip code. Crumb is enterprising, curious and thinks that there is always something to discover in this house. Open the cupboard? Crumb in. New toy? Crumb must test it first. Something he's not allowed to come into? Crumb has probably already investigated it. From small crumb to big explorer... sometimes I wonder where it went wrong with the name.

Er waren eens vijf spierwitte kittens. Vijf kleine bolletjes wol, zo wit als sneeuw… totdat iemand een pot zwarte verf vond. En ja hoor… daar gingen ze! Een likje hier, een veegje daar, een zwart vlekje op het hoofd, een donkere rug en hier en daar nog wat extra verf. Geen kitten ontsnapte aan de verfkwast. Alleen de staartjes werden een beetje enthousiast aangepakt… die werden bij alle vijf gewoon helemaal zwart! Zo kwamen er uiteindelijk vijf unieke zwart-witte kittens uit de verfpot tevoorschijn. Allemaal met hun eigen bijzondere tekening, maar met één ding gemeen: een pikzwarte staart. En als je goed kijkt, zie je misschien nog wel ergens een klein wit haartje waar de schilder iets vergeten is… Deze 5 kittens zijn nu op zoek naar hun forever home, maak kennis met: Kruimel… ooit was hij maar een piepklein kereltje. Zo klein zelfs dat de naam Kruimel eigenlijk niet meer dan logisch was. Maar ja… die kruimel is inmiddels flink gerezen! Van het kleinste mannetje is hij uitgegroeid tot de grootste van het hele nest, inclusief een indrukwekkend lange staart die een eigen postcode verdient. Kruimel is ondernemend, nieuwsgierig en vindt dat er in dit huis altijd wel iets te ontdekken valt. Kast open? Kruimel erin. Nieuw speeltje? Kruimel moet het als eerste testen. Iets waar hij eigenlijk niet mag komen? Kruimel heeft het waarschijnlijk al onderzocht. Van kleine kruimel naar grote ontdekkingsreiziger… soms vraag ik me af waar het mis is gegaan met de naam.
