Krümel R.I.P. 2.8.20 Dear friends of Lucky Dog Hostel, sad news overshadow the beginning of the week. Unfortunately, we have to inform you that our Krümel made his last journey to the Rainbow Bridge yesterday. Krümel wasn't doing well in the last few days, he didn't want to eat and was too weak to stand on his own. Our Krümel was with us for half a year, a very intensive period, and he "enriched" us immensely, thank you, dear Krümel. He was already 20 years old, a very, very proud age for a dog, and yet he still participated in our daily lives with great enthusiasm. Little Krümel, you are now reunited with your friend Carrot, and you can cuddle closely again. Free, sweet treasure, we will never forget you. The older, the " (d) – better… Krümel our oldest resident Greet our new arrival, in two months the toothless "KRÜMEL" from the region/North Germany will be a proud 20 years old… yes, you heard right, 20 years. Wow, we were quite surprised by his age. Age is just a number, but the higher it gets, the more valuable it is, and despite his blindness, deafness, and age-related issues, he has a zest for life, which we can already see, and we are making everything we can for him… he won our hearts immediately… more to come, promise. Oh yes, to all those who have supported Krümel, from the vet to the staff and and and… a big HURRAH, this gives us hope in our everyday animal welfare work. Krümel R.I.P. 2.8.20 Liebe Freunde vom Lucky Dog Hostel, traurige Neuigkeiten überschatten den Wochenanfang. Leider müssen wir euch mitteilen, das gestern unser Krümel seine letzte Reise zur Regenbogenbrücke angetreten hat. Krümel ging es die letzten Tage nicht so gut, er mochte nicht mehr fressen und war zu schwach , sich alleine auf seinen Beinen zu halten. Unser Krümel war ein halbes Jahr bei uns , ein sehr intensiver Zeitraum und er „bereicherte“ uns ungemein, danke dafür lieber Krümel . Er war bereits 20 Jahre alt, ein sehr sehr stolzes Alter für einen Hund und trotzdem hat er hier bei uns am täglichen Leben noch immer gerne teilgenommen. Kleiner Krümel nun bist du wieder mit deiner Freundin Möhre vereint und ihr könnt wieder zusammen ganz eng kuscheln, RUN FREE süßer Schatz, wir werden dich nie vergessen. Je oller, desto “ (d) – toller….. Krümel unser ältester Bewohner Begrüßt mal bitte alle standesgemäß unseren Neuzugang , in zwei Monaten wird der zahnlose „KRÜMEL“ , der hier aus der Region/Norddeutschland kommt , stolze 20 Jahre alt ….. ja richtig gehört, 20 Jahre . BOAH, wir staunten nicht schlecht über das Alter . Alter ist ja zwar nur eine Zahl , aber je höher sie wird, desto wertvoller ist sie und trotz seiner Blind- und Taubheit sowie seiner Alterswehwechen , er hat Lebensfreude , das sehen wir jetzt schon und klar machen wir alles für ihn ….er eroberte sofort unser Herz….demnächst mehr, versprochen. Ach ja , an alle Beteiligten, die sich für Krümel eingesetzt haben, angefangen von der Tierärztin, Tierarztangestellten und und und … ganz großes KINO , das gibt / schenkt uns Hoffnung im Tierschutzalltag.
