Kuki & Bubba

Male · Kitten

Kuki & Bubba! We may not be brothers by birth, but let's face it: who needs the same mom when you've found each other at a foster home? 😉 We met there and quickly realized: this is it! Since then, we've been inseparable. There's always something going on with us. We run, play, wrestle, chase each other around and figure out what we can do together. And when we've had enough action, we can of course cuddle together like model cats ❤️ I'm Bubba – the little heart cat. When I arrived at my foster home, I was initially a bit reserved about cuddling. I thought: "Well, let's see what you humans have planned." Now I know: stroking is really great! I purr contentedly while being stroked. Otherwise, I'm a curious little guy. If something happens somewhere, I have to know what's going on. Otherwise, I could miss something – and that would really be irresponsible 😹 And I'm Kuki! For me, the motto is clear: everything must be played with! Toys? Get tested. Carton? Investigated. Other young cats? Perfect for wrestling! Food? Tried – you never know what you might miss otherwise. And even at the vet, I can behave. Especially when there are treats at the same time. I'm bribable – but at least honest 😎 Together, we make a pretty good team. We can keep each other busy, give it our all and chase away each other's boredom. But we can also lie together and cuddle. That's why we would like to move into our future home together. We can only be separated if we could each move to an existing, suitable young cat. Because we found each other here and would prefer to continue our shared story together. We're looking for people who enjoy two young, curious and playful cats and can give us traffic-calmed outdoor time after a longer settling-in period. Of course, only when we are old enough and neutered. So: where is our home? We bring four paws, a lot of energy, two very different characters and a lot of cat love ❤️ Purr & Ciao, Kuki & Bubba Microchip, vaccinated, dewormed

DE·Show original

Spielzeug? Wird getestet. Karton? Wird untersucht. Andere junge Katzen? Perfekt zum Raufen! Futter? Also: Wo ist unser Zuhause? Wir bringen vier Pfoten, jede Menge Energie, zwei ganz unterschiedliche Charaktere und ziemlich viel Katzenliebe mit ❤️ Schnurr & Ciao, Kuki & Bubba Gechipt, geimpft, entwurmt

About Kuki & Bubba

What life with Kuki & Bubba looks like

Kuki & Bubba is a small kitten cat waiting at Cats & Dogs in Not in Furth.

Kittens are tiny chaos engines for about six months and then mellow rapidly. They need two scheduled feedings, a litter box per cat plus one extra, and somewhere high to climb. Spay/neuter happens around six months — most shelters arrange this before adoption.

🇩🇪Adopting from Germany

German rescues typically require an in-person home visit (Vorkontrolle) or detailed video home check before approving adoption. Dogs and cats typically leave the shelter sterilized, microchipped, and with an EU pet passport.

Frequently asked

Adopting Kuki & Bubba, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Kuki & Bubba?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Cats & Dogs in Not handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Kuki & Bubba on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Kuki & Bubba if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Cats & Dogs in Not will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Transport is usually a separate cost, so ask for the exact figure before you commit.
Is Kuki & Bubba already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most cats on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Kuki & Bubba isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Cats & Dogs in Not early rather than rehoming privately; they know Kuki & Bubba and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (DE). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
