🛠 La FĂȘte du Travail
vue par nos naufragĂ©s ! đŸŸ

Mixed Breed · Unknown

Ah, May 1st, its sprigs of lily of the valley 🌾, its spring walks, its terrace cafes
and above all, Labor Day! At "L'Arche de Ninie," we also celebrate this day off
in our own way. Yes, because here, even the cats work. Well
at their own pace. The work according to a cat: a well-oiled philosophy đŸ›‹ïž Let that be known: our rescues are never short of things to do. Between group naps, close surveillance of the food bowls, and intensive comfort tests on every available blanket, it's serious business. Each rescue can testify: living with a cat from L'Arche is sharing the daily life of an expert in active relaxation. And yet, behind these laid-back appearances, there's a highly motivated feline team. Goal? To find their lifelong family. And for that, they give it all: heartwarming looks, calibrated purrs, and acrobatic positions to soften the distracted human. Volunteers: our unassuming heroes đŸ’Ș On this day dedicated to workers, it's impossible not to salute our rescues and sailors from the west, these kind-hearted volunteers who give themselves without counting. Whether it's raining, windy or a massive molt, they're there: to feed, care, cuddle, reassure
and even to vacuum (that's how brave they are). Thanks to them, L'Arche can sail through the storm. And believe us, when you welcome cats who have experienced a shipwreck, it's quite a task to restore their confidence. No scented bells here (our cats greatly prefer the smell of salmon pĂątĂ©). But instead of lily of the valley, we offer you something better: a boost to our association. Whether by becoming a foster family, adopting, sharing our posts or giving in to one of our "trou duc" mugs, t-shirts featuring L'Arche (below). Every gesture counts!!! And what's better to celebrate labor than doing a good deed? Because loving is also a full-time job, and our rescued cats have a permanent contract of love to offer ❀. So, happy May 1st to everyone, may this Labor Day be synonymous with well-earned rest
 or shared purrs.

What life with 🛠 La FĂȘte du Travail
vue par nos naufragĂ©s ! đŸŸ looks like

🛠 La FĂȘte du Travail
vue par nos naufragĂ©s ! đŸŸ is a large adult mixed breed cat waiting at L in PlessĂ©.

An adult cat usually shows their personality within a week. Give them a quiet room with everything they need (food, water, litter, hiding spot) and let them choose when to explore. Don't force interaction — every cat decides for themselves when a new home counts as home.

vue par nos naufragĂ©s ! đŸŸ, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about 🛠 La FĂȘte du Travail
vue par nos naufragĂ©s ! đŸŸ?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. L handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw 🛠 La FĂȘte du Travail
vue par nos naufragĂ©s ! đŸŸ on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt 🛠 La FĂȘte du Travail
vue par nos naufragĂ©s ! đŸŸ if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — L will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is 🛠 La FĂȘte du Travail
vue par nos naufragĂ©s ! đŸŸ already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most cats on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if 🛠 La FĂȘte du Travail
vue par nos naufragĂ©s ! đŸŸ isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with L early rather than rehoming privately; they know 🛠 La FĂȘte du Travail
vue par nos naufragĂ©s ! đŸŸ and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (FR). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
