Ladányi Lando

Mixed Breed · Male · Senior · 11 years

UPDATE: 2024.12.28 Like his sibling Lajtorja, he is still waiting for an owner. Ladányi Lando is currently a little over 4 weeks old puppy. Everyone followed his and his family's story, as when the driver put mama Ladányi Turmix in the travel box to Püspökladány, she was alone, but by the time they reached Budapest, she had given birth to a numerous family. The puppies are developing beautifully and mama takes good care of them. They received their first vaccination over the weekend, starting their vaccination program. After 8 weeks old, they eagerly await super adopters. After weaning, Lando only accepts applications from responsible, thoughtful adopters who won't panic over chewed shoes, eaten newspapers, holes dug in paths, or scattered houseplants. Someone with patience and consistency to explain house training and proper toilet habits, and who is open to learning dog language in puppy school. Vaccination program started, completion is the future owner's responsibility. Given with microchip, vaccination and sterilization obligations.

Oltási programját megkezdtük, melynek befejezése a leendő gazdi feladata lesz. Chipezve, oltási és ivartalanítási kötelezettséggel adjuk őt örökbe.További képek ITT A Tetszik gomb eléréséhez sütik engedélyezése szükséges. apiKey: 'f94a516b15dff4516ffa78eb8ba036f3076dfc68',

About Ladányi Lando

What life with Ladányi Lando looks like

Ladányi Lando is a small senior mixed breed dog waiting at Noé Állatotthon in Budapest.

Senior dogs settle in faster than younger ones. They want a soft bed, predictable meals, and short, sniff-heavy walks rather than runs. Many senior rescues bond deeply within weeks because they understand exactly how good a stable home is. Expect occasional vet visits for joint or dental care.

🇭🇺Adopting from Hungary

Hungarian shelters operate at high capacity given the country's stray population. Animals leave sterilized, chipped, and with a passport. Many shelters coordinate transport to Germany, Austria, and the Nordics.

Frequently asked

Adopting Ladányi Lando, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Ladányi Lando?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Noé Állatotthon handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Ladányi Lando on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Ladányi Lando if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Noé Állatotthon will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Ladányi Lando already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most dogs on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Ladányi Lando isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Noé Állatotthon early rather than rehoming privately; they know Ladányi Lando and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (HU). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
