His story: Sometimes things don’t turn out as we’d hoped. Our Larry was able to travel from Romania to Germany in mid-May and soon moved into his first family. Unfortunately, it quickly became apparent that the family’s resident senior dog wasn’t happy living with the lively young pup. Larry is playful, cheerful, and appropriately active for his age—but his temperament doesn’t match their idea of how they’d like to live together. With heavy hearts, all parties involved therefore decided to find Larry a home that truly suits him. Larry is about six months old and is right in the middle of his development. This handsome mixed-breed male is friendly, curious, and loves spending time with his people. He likes to orient himself toward them, wants to please them, and learns incredibly fast. Even now, Larry shows just how much potential he has. He walks nicely on the leash, stays well-oriented toward his handler, and knows the basic commands “Sit” and “Down.” Of course, as a young dog, he still has a lot to learn—but that’s exactly what brings him great joy. He works enthusiastically and quickly understands what’s expected of him. Larry already gets many things right in everyday life, too. He’s house-trained and reliably alerts his humans when he needs to go outside. He also handles car rides without any problems—he jumps into the car on his own and travels calmly. Remaining alone should continue to be introduced gradually, step by step. His future family should give him the time to learn this at his own pace, without any pressure. In general, Larry shows himself to be friendly, open, and social toward other dogs. He’s also already familiar with cats. We’re looking for active people who enjoy accompanying a young dog through the exciting phase of growing up. With patience, loving consistency, and clear, confident leadership, Larry will develop into a wonderful companion. Attending a positively oriented dog school would certainly be a wonderful opportunity to grow together as a team. Now, Larry just needs the perfect home where he can finally feel completely at home and start a happy future together with his people. Who’d like to meet this great guy? Larry is chipped, vaccinated, dewormed, and flea-treated. Of course, he also has an EU pet passport and can move into his new home after a positive pre-check, subject to a protection fee. Seine Geschichte: Manchmal kommt es anders, als man es sich wünscht. Unser Larry durfte Mitte Mai von Rumänien nach Deutschland reisen und schon bald in seine erste Familie ziehen. Leider hat sich dort gezeigt, dass die vorhandene Ersthündin mit dem lebhaften Junghund nicht glücklich ist. Larry ist verspielt, fröhlich und altersentsprechend aktiv – sein Temperament passt jedoch nicht zu ihrer Vorstellung vom Zusammenleben. Schweren Herzens haben sich alle Beteiligten deshalb dazu entschieden, für Larry ein Zuhause zu suchen, das wirklich zu ihm passt. Larry ist etwa sechs Monate alt und steckt mitten in seiner Entwicklung. Der hübsche Mischlingsrüde ist freundlich, neugierig und liebt es, Zeit mit seinen Menschen zu verbringen. Er orientiert sich gerne an ihnen, möchte gefallen und lernt unglaublich schnell. Bereits jetzt zeigt Larry, wie viel Potenzial in ihm steckt. Er läuft schön an der Leine, orientiert sich dabei gut an seiner Bezugsperson und kennt die Grundkommandos „Sitz“ und „Platz“. Natürlich muss er als junger Hund noch vieles lernen, doch genau das bereitet ihm große Freude. Er arbeitet motiviert mit und versteht schnell, was von ihm erwartet wird. Auch im Alltag macht Larry schon vieles richtig. Er ist stubenrein und meldet sich zuverlässig, wenn er nach draußen muss. Autofahren meistert er ebenfalls problemlos – er springt selbstständig ins Auto und fährt entspannt mit. Das Alleinbleiben sollte weiterhin in kleinen Schritten aufgebaut werden. Seine zukünftige Familie sollte ihm die Zeit geben, dies in Ruhe und ohne Druck zu lernen. Mit anderen Hunden zeigt sich Larry grundsätzlich freundlich, offen und sozial. Auch Katzen kennt er bereits. Für Larry wünschen wir uns aktive Menschen, die Freude daran haben, einen jungen Hund durch die spannende Zeit des Erwachsenwerdens zu begleiten. Mit Geduld, liebevoller Konsequenz und einer klaren, sicheren Führung wird sich Larry zu einem wunderbaren Begleiter entwickeln. Der Besuch einer positiv arbeitenden Hundeschule wäre dabei sicherlich eine schöne Möglichkeit, gemeinsam als Team zu wachsen. Jetzt fehlt Larry nur noch das passende Zuhause, in dem er endgültig ankommen darf und gemeinsam mit seinen Menschen in eine glückliche Zukunft starten kann. Wer möchte diesen tollen Burschen kennenlernen? Larry ist gechipt, geimpft, entwurmt und entfloht. Selbstverständlich besitzt er auch einen EU-Heimtierausweis und kann nach positiver Vorkontrolle gegen eine Schutzgebühr in sein neues Zuhause ziehen. Danke Alexandra, für diesen süßen Namen.
