UPDATE: Some dogs are simply special and Leni is one of them. The approximately 8-year-old female dog is currently staying at her foster home in Berga-Wünschendorf and is not just waiting for anyone, but for the exact people who understand her. Leni is an incredible loving, gentle soul. She forms deep bonds with her humans, seeking closeness, safety, and security. When she trusts, she gives her whole heart. She gets along well with other dogs. A confident only dog by her side would help her feel oriented and settled. Cats are also no problem for her. However, Leni also has a story. Due to a behavioral issue, an MRI was done, which revealed a brain malformation. This manifests in seizures where she rolls and squeaks. These occur more frequently in stressful situations, while they rarely or never occur in a quiet, routine daily life. Therefore, it is especially important that Leni receives a stable, relaxed environment. She takes nerve tablets daily, no other medications are needed. This means: Leni is not "perfect." But who is? She needs people who look closely, who have patience, who love her as she is. People who give her the security she sometimes cannot feel herself. A quiet home, preferably a house with a fenced garden, would be her little happiness. Leni is not looking for perfection. She is looking for understanding. She is looking for love. She is friendly, respectful, affectionate, adaptable and very social, so a perfect dog. No, Leni really has no drawbacks; she is simply wonderful through and through. Leni is a very active female dog and would like to experience a lot more. She loves long walks and when she sees water, she is quickly in the wet element. The small, wiry female dog is always up for fun and is the most loyal companion you can imagine. Leni gets along well with other dogs, but if someone crosses her boundaries, she will let them know briefly. Leni is about 5-7 years old, approximately 43cm tall and weighs 15kg. Sie bindet sich tief an ihre Menschen, sucht Nähe, Sicherheit und Geborgenheit. Wenn sie vertraut, schenkt sie ihr ganzes Herz. Mit anderen Hunden ist sie verträglich. Ein souveräner Ersthund an ihrer Seite würde ihr helfen, sich zu orientieren und anzukommen. Auch Katzen sind für sie kein Problem. Sie braucht Menschen, die hinschauen, die Geduld haben, die sie so lieben, wie sie ist. Menschen, die ihr die Sicherheit geben, die sie manchmal selbst nicht spüren kann. Ein ruhiges Zuhause, am liebsten ein Haus mit eingezäuntem Garten, wäre ihr kleines Glück. Leni sucht keine Perfektion. Sie sucht Verständnis. Sie sucht Liebe. Sie sucht Dich. Es war einmal eine lustige, kleine Hündin, die alleine auf sich gestellt am Strand herumlief, in der Hoffnung, dass sie sich jemandem anschließen kann. So hatte sie tatsächlich eines Tages das große Glück, dass tierliebe Menschen vorbeikamen und sich für sie einsetzten. So kam Leni dann zu uns und später erfuhren wir dann auch, dass sie schon einen Besitzer hatte, der ihrer aber überdrüssig wurde. Das ist für uns nicht zu verstehen, denn Leni würde alles tun für ihre Menschen. Sie ist freundlich, respektvoll, schmusig, anpassungsfähig und sehr sozial, also ein perfekter Hund. Nein, die Leni hat tatsächlich keinen Haken, sie ist durch und durch einfach wunderbar. Leni ist eine sehr aktive Hündin und möchte gerne noch eine Menge erleben. Sie liebt große Spaziergänge und wenn sie Wasser sieht, ist sie auch ganz schnell im nassen Element. Die kleine, drahtige Hündin ist für jeden Spaß zu haben und ist die treuste Begleiterin die man sich vorstellen kann. Mit anderen Hunden kommt Leni gut aus, wer ihre Grenzen überschreitet, bekommt allerdings eine kurze Ansage von ihr. Leni ist etwa 8 Jahre alt, ca. 43cm groß und 15kg schwer. Sie ist kastriert, gechipt, regelmäßig entwurmt und durchgeimpft und wird nach positiver Vorkontrolle mit Schutzvertrag und gegen eine Schutzgebühr vermittelt.
