Adopt LEO 2218

Mixed Breed · Male

🐾 Leo – gentle soul, lost on the streets, but still full of hope 🐾 Leo is one of those dogs who touches your heart from the first moment. With his cream-colored, soft fur and a gaze that seems to tell a thousand stories, Leo lived for years on the streets of Bacau, where he fought daily for food, shelter and a bit of safety. He was ignored, chased away, and sometimes even hurt… but his kind soul never died. ❤️ When he was saved, he had nothing else but a big, gentle heart. He wasn't scared, not aggressive. He was just… tired. But also curious, grateful, and above all, eager for affection. Now, Leo is around 4 years old, is neutered, weighs approximately 18-20 kg, and has apparently good health. He gets along well with other dogs and longs for human company. He is the ideal companion for someone looking for a calm, loyal and deeply grateful dog. 🐶 Leo is now safe, but not in a home. He is still at Ringo Land Romania, waiting for that person who will change his life forever. If you can't adopt, you can still support him from afar, and you will become part of the salvation and emotional balance of a soul that has suffered enough. 🧡 Give Leo a chance. Give him a life. Be his hero.

🧡 Oferă-i o șansă lui Leo. Oferă-i o viață. Fii eroul lui. 🧡

About LEO 2218

What life with LEO 2218 looks like

LEO 2218 is a medium-sized adult mixed breed dog waiting at No Limit Pets in Romania.

An adult dog fits most household rhythms once the first couple of weeks of adjustment pass. Two reasonable walks a day plus play time is usually enough. Plan a "decompression fortnight" — quiet routine, no visitors, no off-leash adventures — to let them settle.

🇷🇴Adopting from Romania

Romanian rescues handle the highest volume of cross-border adoptions in the EU. Animals are quarantined and fully vetted before transport. Reputable rescues maintain detailed health records and post-adoption follow-up.

Frequently asked

Adopting LEO 2218, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about LEO 2218?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. No Limit Pets handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw LEO 2218 on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt LEO 2218 if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — No Limit Pets will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is LEO 2218 already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most dogs on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if LEO 2218 isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with No Limit Pets early rather than rehoming privately; they know LEO 2218 and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (RO). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
