Leonie is a sweet little cat who lives with diabetes; a condition well-managed through a stable routine and appropriate care. She is calm and gentle and enjoys cuddle time. She will need a family prepared to follow a daily treatment regimen (specific medication and diet). Leonie is eligible for the foster care-to-adopt process. Through this program, the shelter, while permanently confiding an animal to a family, remains the owner and covers part of the animal's food and veterinary expenses. Without aggressive therapy, the family will support the animal until the end of its days. You can come meet her, and we can discuss the foster care-to-adopt process.

Léonie est gentille minette qui vit avec le diabète; une condition bien gérée grâce à une routine stable et des soins adaptés. Elle est calme et douce et apprecie les moments de calin. Elle aura besoin d'une famille prête à suivre un traitement quotidien ( traitement et alimentation spécifique). Léonie est éligible au processus de famille d'accueil définitive. Par ce dispositif, la SPA, tout en confiant de manière définitive un animal à une famille, reste propriétaire de celui-ci et en assume une partie des frais alimentaires et vétérinaires. Sans acharnement thérapeutique, la famille accompagne l’animal jusqu’à la fin de ses jours. Vous pouvez venir la rencontrer et nous pourrons échanger sur le process de FAD.
