Lexi is a loving, playful and bouncy girl who enjoys cuddles, fun and spending time with her people. She can live with secondary-school-aged children who understand how to interact with her and are comfortable around bouncy dogs. Lexi can be conflicted when meeting other dogs and may be reactive and vocal, so she cannot live with dogs, cats or small furries. She will benefit from positive socialisation out and about to help her become more comfortable around other dogs. Lexi finds being left alone stressful, so this will need to be built up gradually, along with continued positive support for her housetraining, and will need gentle encouragement when using a new garden especially if dark. She is looking for a loving, patient family to help her feel secure and build her confidence. Lexi is a 4-year-old French Bulldog who is confident and friendly when meeting new people, but does show her sensitive side in new enviroments. She is a loving, energetic girl with a medium energy level who enjoys walks, cuddles and, above all, playing with her toys—especially a ball! She will even try her best to fetch it. Lexi loves spending time outdoors exploring on her daily walks. Her ideal family will be patient and understanding, helping her build confidence and showing her that the outside world isn’t scary. Knowledge of the breed would be advisable. Please note that Lexi is not resident on site and not available to see at the centre.
