Lilú + Piaget

Female · Young · 3 years

Lilú is a sweet, sensitive female Snowshoe Siam cat from Orihuela, Spain. She is 10 months old, friendly, and loves human affection. Lilú is currently in a foster home in Herxheim, Germany. She is looking for a family with calm children and dogs, as she does not get along with dominant cats. Lilú is FIV and Leukose negative, vaccinated, dewormed, chipped, and spayed. She is also looking for a home with outdoor access through a cat flap. Lilú is a playful cat, especially when it comes to her favorite toy, the cat angel. She is also very social and loves to cuddle. Lilú and Piaget, her friend, are looking for a home together.

About Lilú + Piaget

What life with Lilú + Piaget looks like

Lilú + Piaget is a large young adult cat waiting at Tierhilfe Anubis e.V. in Germany.

An adult cat usually shows their personality within a week. Give them a quiet room with everything they need (food, water, litter, hiding spot) and let them choose when to explore. Don't force interaction — every cat decides for themselves when a new home counts as home.

🇩🇪Adopting from Germany

German rescues typically require an in-person home visit (Vorkontrolle) or detailed video home check before approving adoption. Dogs and cats typically leave the shelter sterilized, microchipped, and with an EU pet passport.

Frequently asked

Adopting Lilú + Piaget, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Lilú + Piaget?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Tierhilfe Anubis e.V. handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Lilú + Piaget on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Lilú + Piaget if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Tierhilfe Anubis e.V. will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Transport is usually a separate cost, so ask for the exact figure before you commit.
Is Lilú + Piaget already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most cats on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Lilú + Piaget isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Tierhilfe Anubis e.V. early rather than rehoming privately; they know Lilú + Piaget and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (DE). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
