The 2019-born Pomeranian male Lio is friendly to people and can get along with dogs if he likes them. According to his previous owner, Lio also gets along with cats. Lio knows basic commands and walks nicely on a leash. He is not always house-trained (probably due to stress), but in his previous home there were no problems with house-training. According to the previous owner, he also coped well with being alone, but at our shelter he has a hard time with it and makes a lot of noise about it - so it must be assumed that he needs time to relearn this in a new home without stress. Lio suffers from alopecia and therefore receives monoprotein dry food and oil for his skin, which he also needs to continue. According to his previous owner, he defends food against people, but at the shelter he shows no tendency to do so. Lio is suitable for city life.

Lt. Vorbesitzer verträgt sich Lio auch mit Katzen. Lio kennt die Grundkommandos, geht brav an der Leine. Bei uns ist er nicht immer stubenrein (vermutlich stressbedingt), den in seinem letzten Zuhause gab es hinsichtlich Stubenreinheit keine Probleme. Auch das Alleinebleiben klappte lt. Angaben des Vorbesitzers, bei uns tut er sich im Zwinger sehr schwer damit und tut dies auch lautstark kund – daher muss davon ausgegangen werden, dass er im neuen Zuhause Zeit dafür benötigt, dies wieder stressfrei aufzufrischen. Lio leidet unter Alopezie, erhält daher Monoprotein-Trockenfutter und Öl für seine Haut, was er auch weiterhin benötigt. Lt. Vorbesitzer verteidigt er Futter gegenüber Menschen, im Tierheim zeigt er diesbezüglich keine Tendenzen. Lio ist stadttauglich.“
