Adopt Liza (Ліза)

Mixed Breed · Female · Kitten

Save the little light bundle. The little kitten urgently needs a home. While walking with the dog, we heard meowing and found kittens in an abandoned shed. They were born to a stray cat... Liza is temporarily in foster care, but there's no possibility to keep the young ones for long. The dog is very aggressive. The little one has already grown up and is looking for a home. She is 1.5 months old. In the future, we will help with spaying. Healthy and playful. We very much want to find her owners so that the little kitten will never know what cold and hunger on the street is. Do not buy - save this life that has just begun. She has nowhere to go and where to live. Call and save the little kitten, she is waiting for her person.

About Liza (Ліза)

What life with Liza (Ліза) looks like

Liza (Ліза) is a puppy/kitten mixed breed cat waiting at Happy Paw Kyiv in Ukraine.

Kittens are tiny chaos engines for about six months and then mellow rapidly. They need two scheduled feedings, a litter box per cat plus one extra, and somewhere high to climb. Spay/neuter happens around six months — most shelters arrange this before adoption.

🇺🇦Adopting from Ukraine

The shelter typically completes the animal's vaccinations, microchipping, and pet passport before adoption. Specific fees and process details vary by shelter and country — confirm directly via the contact details in the sidebar.

Frequently asked

Adopting Liza (Ліза), answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Liza (Ліза)?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Happy Paw Kyiv handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Liza (Ліза) on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Liza (Ліза) if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Happy Paw Kyiv will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Liza (Ліза) already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most cats on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Liza (Ліза) isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Happy Paw Kyiv early rather than rehoming privately; they know Liza (Ліза) and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (UK). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
