Lorna, Pauline, and Baily are three utterly charming puppy siblings who were rescued from the streets by our animal welfare workers. Although the three mice are now safe, a life in a kennel with the looming cold winter is obviously not a suitable place for the rascals. The three are simply too sweet. They are friendly and puppy-typical playful. They love being held and cuddled by people, but also love to play with each other. They are already beginning to orient themselves towards people, another reason why they should find a home as soon as possible. Lorna not only captivates with her personality but also with her appearance. The black shading on her face gives her a unique look. When she’s not cuddling, she curiously explores her surroundings on tiny paws and dreams of a family that will show her the big wide world. Lorna is currently 33 cm tall and weighs 7 kg. She is likely to grow to be medium to large. She gets along well with other dogs, but cats have not been tested. Lorna is looking for people who won’t have too many expectations of her and will show her how a normal dog life works. She is still a baby and has a lot to learn. Sometimes, a mishap shouldn’t be held against her, and Lorna should always be guided with a positive training style. She is looking forward to her new life with nature walks, cuddle sessions, and also a visit to puppy school. Puppies should not be left alone as much as possible in their first year of life. Additionally, the more demanding pubertal phase is approaching. The hormone chaos will turn the little rascals’ lives upside down. They “forget” a lot of what they have learned and their ears are on high alert. Therefore, it is especially important to consistently but lovingly train her during this phase. And there is also good news: This phase will pass! Then she is microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed, and treated for fleas, and she also has her EU pet passport in tow. Ihre Geschichte: Achtung, Zuckerschock! Lorna, Pauline und Baily sind drei ganz bezaubernde Hundewelpen, die von unseren Tierschützer:innen von der Straße gerettet wurden. Die drei Mäuse sind nun zwar in Sicherheit, aber ein Leben im Zwinger mit dem drohenden kalten Winter sind natürlich kein Aufenthaltsort für die Rasselbande. Die Drei sind einfach nur zuckersüß. Sie sind freundlich und welpentypisch verspielt. Sie lieben es, von den Menschen gehalten und bekuschelt zu werden, aber auch miteinander zu toben. Schon jetzt beginnen sie, sich an den Menschen zu orientieren, noch ein Grund mehr, dass sie möglichst schnell ein Zuhause finden. Lorna bezaubert nicht nur mit ihrem Wesen, sondern auch mit ihrem Aussehen. Die schwarzen Schattierungen im Gesicht verleihen ihr ein einzigartiges Aussehen. Wenn sie mal nicht kuschelt erkundet sie neugierig auf tapsigen Pfötchen ihre Umgebung und träumt von einer eigenen Familie, die ihr die große weite Welt zeigt. Lorna ist zurzeit 33 cm groß und wiegt 7 kg. Vermutlich wird sie mal mittelgroß bis groß werden. Mit anderen Hunden versteht sie sich prima, Katzen konnten nicht getestet werden. Lorna sucht Menschen, die erstmal nichts von ihr erwarten und ihr zeigen, wie ein normales Hundeleben funktioniert. Sie ist noch ein Baby und muss noch viel lernen. Das ein oder andere Malheur sollte man ihr nicht übelnehmen und Lorna stets mit einem positiv verstärkenden Erziehungsstil begleiten. Sie freut sich schon auf ihr neues Leben mit schönen Spaziergängen in der Natur, vielen Schmusestunden und auch auf einen Besuch in der Welpenschule. Im ersten Lebensjahr sollten Welpen so wenig wie möglich alleine sein. Außerdem steht die eher anstrengende Pubertätszeit bevor. Das Hormonchaos stellt das Leben der kleinen Racker auf den Kopf. Sie “vergessen” oft alles, was sie bisher gelernt haben und die Ohren schalten auf Durchzug. Daher ist es in dieser Phase besonders wichtig, konsequent – aber liebevoll – zu erziehen. Und es gibt auch eine gute Nachricht: Auch diese Phase geht vorüber! Nach positiver Vorkontrolle kann Lorna gegen eine Schutzgebühr von 500 Euro ihre große Reise antreten. Dann ist sie gechipt, geimpft, entwurmt und entfloht und hat auch ihren EU-Heimtierausweis im Gepäck. Lorna würde sich aber auch über eine Pflegestelle freuen. Verliebt in Lorna? Dann zögere nicht.
