LOULOU is a dog that could be described as "complex" to understand. He has many OCD behaviors (like shadow chasing, for example) and seems to have missed out on stimulation and learning when he was a puppy. He shows possessiveness over his toys and food. He enjoys the company of other dogs but an environment where he won't be alone without constraints would be ideal. He has been placed twice, and the same issues arise. LOULOU is a sensitive but also strong-willed (Cocker) dog who warns when he's unhappy or doesn't want to comply, and he may growl or refuse a command if he doesn't want to cooperate. He is endearing and gentle when he feels safe, and he also loves playing and going for walks. He suffers from elbow arthritis, so a specific diet will need to be provided.

Loulou est un chien que l'on pourrait désigner comme "compliqué" à cerner .C'est un chien ayant de nombreux TOC ( les ombres par exemple) c'est un chien qui a du manquer aussi au niveau de la stimulation et de l'apprentissage lorsqu'il était chiot , il fait de la protection de ses jouets et de la nourriture . Il aime la compagnie des autres chiens mais une vie où il sera seul sans contrainte sera idéal . Il a été placé 2 fois et les mêmes problématiques ressortent .Loulou est un chien sensible mais aussi ayant un caractère fort (cocker) , c'est un chien qui prévient lorsqu'il est mécontent ou ne veut pas , il peut grogner ou refuser un ordre s'il ne veut pas coopérer . Attachant et doux lorsqu'il est en confiance , il aime également jouer et se promener . Souffrant d'arthrose des coudes , une alimentation spécifique sera à lui donner.
