Leider hatte das Leben mit ihr andere Pläne, sitzt sie doch in einer Tötungsstation und ihr Lebenslicht könnte jederzeit ausgelöscht werden. Ihre Fröhlichkeit, als sie für ein Fotoshooting ihre Todeszelle verlassen durfte, lässt unsere Herzen besonders schwer werden. Ihr Strahlen in den Augen, als sie Gras unter den Pfötchen spürte, führt zu Gänsehaut. Wir werden für LUCY kämpfen und hoffen sehr, dass sich für dieses treue Seelchen schnell ein Zuhause findet. LUCY wünscht sich ein Leben in Geborgenheit mit viel Liebe, gutem Futter, schönen Spaziergängen, einem Kuschelkörbchen und ganz viel Spaß.
