His story: The approximately one-year-old Luigi is a real bundle of energy and has lots of ideas in his head, so it will definitely not be boring with him. He is a very active and sporty tomcat who plays with anything he can get between his paws. Additionally, he loves to climb and see the world from above. So it can happen quickly that he jumps onto his person's shoulders and lets himself be carried around. Luigi is generally very people-oriented: He loves to snuggle and is not reserved at all with strangers. Additionally, he likes to sleep in his person's bed. The young tomcat is always in a good mood and can be quite mischievous. Through his charm, however, he makes everything right again and one cannot stay angry with him for long. When Luigi is not playing, cuddling, or making a mess, he likes to retreat to a cat cave and relax. Although Luigi can live as a single cat, as he can keep himself occupied with his toys, his people should still give him enough attention in this case, or he will get bored quickly. The young tomcat also gets along well with other cats in principle, as he came to our foster home with his three siblings, where two other cats also lived at the time. If other cats already live in his new home, they should have a similar energy level to Luigi. An older, more laid-back cat would probably be quickly annoyed by his playfulness and curiosity. Luigis mother was caught as a pregnant street cat and brought to a clinic, where she gave birth to four kittens, all of which are now looking for a home. Luigi has lived as a pure indoor cat since his birth and has never had access to the outdoors, so it would be fine if he continues to have no outdoor access. This would only be possible if there were a fenced garden or a secure balcony, as he is very curious and exploratory. The young tomcat can now start his journey to his new home and, like all our cats, is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed, and flea-treated. Seine Geschichte: Der ca. einjährige Luigi ist ein richtiges Energiebündel und hat lauter Flausen im Kopf, mit ihm wird es also garantiert nicht langweilig. Er ist ein sehr aktiver und sportlicher Kater, der mit allem spielt, was er zwischen die Pfoten bekommt. Außerdem liebt er es zu klettern und die Welt von oben zu sehen. So kann es auch schnell passieren, dass er seinen Menschen auf die Schultern springt und sich herumtragen lässt. Luigi ist generell sehr menschenbezogen: Er liebt es zu kuscheln und ist selbst bei fremden Menschen nicht zurückhaltend. Außerdem schläft er liebend gern bei seinen Menschen im Bett. Der junge Kater ist immer gut gelaunt und teilweise sehr spitzbübisch. Durch seinen Charme macht er aber alles wieder wett und man kann ihm nicht lange böse sein. Wenn Luigi nicht gerade am Spielen, Schmusen oder Schmarrn machen ist, zieht er sich gerne in eine Katzenhöhle zurück und entspannt sich etwas. Luigi kann zwar als Einzelkatze leben, da er sich sehr gut alleine mit seinem Spielzeug beschäftigen kann. Allerdings sollten ihm seine Menschen in diesem Fall genug Aufmerksamkeit widmen, sonst wird ihm schnell langweilig. Der junge Kater kommt aber auch prinzipiell gut mit anderen Katzen klar, da er mit seinen 3 Geschwistern zusammen in unsere Pflegestelle kam, in der zu der Zeit noch 2 weitere Katzen gelebt haben. Falls in seinem neuen Zuhause bereits andere Katzen leben, sollten diese allerdings ein ähnliches Energieniveau wie Luigi haben. Eine ältere ruhigere Katze wäre wahrscheinlich schnell genervt von seinem Spieltrieb und seiner Neugier. Luigis Mutter wurde als schwangere Straßenkatze eingefangen und in eine Klinik gebracht, in der sie 4 Kitten zur Welt brachte, die nun alle ein Zuhause suchen. Luigi lebt seit seiner Geburt als reine Wohnungskatze und kennt keinen Freigang, daher wäre es in Ordnung, wenn er auch weiterhin keinen Freigang hat. Dieser wäre nämlich nur möglich, wenn es einen eingezäunten Garten oder eine gesicherte Terrasse gäbe, da er sehr neugierig und erkundungsfreudig ist. Der junge Kater kann ab sofort seine Reise in sein neues Zuhause antreten und ist, wie all unsere Katzen, kastriert, gechipt, geimpft, entwurmt und entfloht. Außerdem wurde er negativ auf FIV und FeLV getestet und bringt auch gleich einen EU-Heimtierausweis mit. Nach einer positiven Vorkontrolle und einer Schutzgebühr in Höhe von 250 Euro steht seiner Reise in seine neue Heimat nichts mehr im Wege.
