Grief has washed over us. Although we find ourselves in this situation from time to time, we’ll never get used to it. Our minds process the information, but our bodies do their own thing—our throats tighten, and our eyes fill with tears. Luna has returned to us. Her foster carers can’t keep her. As a result, this gentle and affectionate ‘little dog’ is once again left all alone. We know how harmful that is, because she’s a female dog who forms strong bonds with people. Although she may seem shy at first, she quickly gets used to their presence and starts enjoying their company. She’s one year old. Preplavila nas je tuga. Iako se s vremena na vrijeme nađemo u ovoj situaciji, nikada se na nju nećemo naviknuti. Mozak nam podastire podatke, ali tijelo radi svoje – grlo se steže, a oko ispunjava suza. Luna nam se vratila. Njezini je udomitelji ne mogu zadržati. Zbog toga ova nježna i umiljata ‘pesica’ ponovo ostaje sama. Znamo koliko to nije dobro jer je riječ o kujici koja je jako privržena ljudima.
