Dear friends from Lucky Dog Hostel, we had to say goodbye to our 14-year-old Luna yesterday and accompanied her in our garden until the rainbow bridge. We are very sad because it is never the right time. Unfortunately, her health condition deteriorated very quickly. Luna however showed us clearly that the time had come for her, and we could let her go with dignity and love. Dear Luna, you have given us two very beautiful years with you and we are happy that you have enriched our lives. Even though you were a bit stubborn and special, doing your own thing. You were just LUNA, and that is what we accepted, we took you as you were, and that was also good. You were a part of us and will always be in our memories and in our hearts. Come over the rainbow bridge well, there you can walk without pain and find some buddies from the Lucky Dog Hostel who will accompany you. We at the animal welfare association Lucky Dog Hostel take great responsibility for all our four-legged friends. All the animal residents rely on our care – and they must also be able to rely on it. We owe it to our dogs, of course, especially when they are sick or in advanced age. But we also owe it to our dogs to release them when the right time has come. RUN FREE big mouse, we will miss you. Liebe Freunde vom Lucky Dog Hostel, gestern mußten wir leider von unserer 14-jährigen Luna Abschied nehmen und haben sie bei uns im Garten bis zur Regenbogenbrücke begleitet. Wir sind sehr traurig, denn es ist nie der richtige Zeitpunkt . Leider hat sich ihr Gesundheitszustand doch sehr schnell verschlechtert. Luna hat uns aber deutlich gezeigt, das für sie die Zeit gekommen ist und wir konnten sie in Würde und Liebe gehen lassen. Liebe Luna du hast uns noch zwei sehr schöne Jahre mit dir geschenkt und wir sind froh, das du unser Leben bereichert hast. Auch wenn du etwas eigensinnig und speziell warst, sozusagen dein eigenes Ding gemacht hast. Du warst eben LUNA und gerade das haben wir so akzeptiert, wir haben dich so genommen wie du warst und das war auch gut so. Du warst ein Teil von uns und bleibst immer in unserer Erinnerung und in unsere Herzen. Komm gut über die Regenbogenbrücke, dort kannst du ohne Schmerzen laufen und wirst auch einige Kumpels aus dem Lucky Dog Hostel finden, die dich begleiten werden . Wir vom Tierschutzverein Lucky Dog Hostel tragen für all unsere Vierbeiner eine große Verantwortung. Alle tierischen Bewohner sind auf unsere Fürsorge angewiesen – und alle müssen sich darauf auch verlassen können. Wir schulden es unseren Hunden, selbstverständlich gerade auch bei Krankheiten oder im fortgeschrittenem Alter.
