Dear little Mabel came into ARC’s care after she and her litter were taken into a local vet after being found dumped. The kittens had mild cat flu so had sticky eyes but with veterinary treatment and a wonderful foster home all four kittens thrived. It is likely they are cat flu carriers so should be homed on their own or where any resident cat is fully vaccinated. The vet felt that Mabel, the biggest of the litter, was actually probably from another litter to the other kittens she came in with. Mabel was the most timid of the kittens but has blossomed into a loving and playful girl who loves her foster mum and has become her shadow, but she still retains her timid side so if visitors come she runs to hide! We feel Mabel would be best suited to a quiet home, with gentle adopters, where someone is home much of the time as she loves to sit with her foster mum while she works from home. She also loves to play with her favourite toy, a folded crisp packet, that she asks her foster mum to throw so she can retrieve it and play the game all over again! Mabel has been health checked, wormed, fleaed and microchipped. Mabel is booked to be neutered and vaccintated LOCATED: KT6
