Magnus is looking for adopters who can offer him plenty of companionship. He doesn't enjoy being left alone for long periods and would be best suited to a home with low leaving hours where he can spend lots of time with his favourite people. Like many Lurchers, Magnus has a strong prey drive and finds small furry animals far too exciting. Because of this, he can't live with cats and will need owners who can help him manage his interest in wildlife, especially squirrels and other small animals while out on walks. Despite being in his golden years, Magnus still has plenty of life, love and adventures ahead of him. He's a wonderfully friendly, fun-loving dog who is happiest when he's with his people, whether that's exploring new places, greeting visitors, or settling down after a day out. If you're looking for a loyal companion with a zest for life and lots of affection to give, Magnus could be the perfect addition to your family. Magnus is a 10-year-old Lurcher with a young-at-heart attitude and plenty of enthusiasm for life. Don't let his age fool you, this lovely lad still gets excited when visitors arrive, loves getting out for walks, and is always ready for his next adventure. Magnus is an affectionate and sociable dog who enjoys the company of people. He's lived a full life with his family, including holidays around the country, and has proven himself to be a fantastic companion wherever he goes. He's friendly with people of all ages and could live with children of primary school age and above. Magnus has previously lived with other dogs and would love a canine companion in his new home, particularly one with a similar energy level who can enjoy walks and relaxing time together. He gets on well with other dogs and would also be happy to have doggy friends out and about.
