Galgo Español female dog, born 15.08.2020, 67 cm Maira came from a hunter and shares the fate of many Galgos: after the season, there was no more room for her, and she was simply discarded by the hunter and handed over. Our partner organization PROA in Madrid took her in and gave her the chance at a better life. Here at our shelter, she is now searching for a home where she can arrive and no longer serve any purpose other than being a beloved pet. Maira, the Friendly. Maira is a wonderful Galgo who you simply have to fall in love with. She wants to do everything right and comes to you very gently and carefully, as if to say: "Hey, I'm here, and I want to be with you. I come with you if you give me security and stay by my side." Character and nature—basic temperament: friendly, playful, affectionate—Trust in humans: She is open if you meet her with calmness and security—Approachability, closeness: Maira is initially a bit shy, but then she doesn't want to let you go—Social behavior towards dogs: She is social and often invites play. Unsere Partnerorganisation PROA in Madrid konnte die tolle Hündin übernehmen und ihr so die Möglichkeit auf ein besseres Leben geben. Hier bei uns sucht sie jetzt ein Zuhause, in dem sie ankommen darf und keinem Gebrauchszweck mehr dienen muss. Maira, die Freundliche. Maira ist eine wundervolle Galga, die man einfach ins Herz schliessen muss. Sie möchte alles richtig machen und kommt immer ganz sanft und vorsichtig zu einem. So als wollte sie sagen: «Hey, ich bin auch da, und ich möchte bei dir sein. Ich komme mit, wenn du mir Sicherheit gibst und an meiner Seite bleibst.» Charakter und Wesen– Grundtemperament: freundlich, verspielt, liebevoll– Vertrauen zu Menschen: Sie ist offen, wenn man ihr mit Ruhe und Sicherheit begegnet– Kontaktfreude, Annäherung: Maira ist anfänglich ein bisschen schüchtern, und dann möchte sie einen nicht mehr gehen lassen– Sozialverhalten gegenüber Hunden: Sie ist sozial und fordert gerne mal zum Spiel auf.
