Good day, my name is Mako. I am a medium-sized dog, already of advanced age. On October 7, 2022, a man brought me to the animal shelter, who was close to my family. He brought me because my previous owner, due to her advanced age, was no longer able to take care of me. Unfortunately, my story was complicated, and in the end, all members of my family left abroad, and I ended up in the animal shelter. Emaciated, with overgrown nails, but still with great optimism towards every person I met. I appreciate every moment that a person spends with me, even if it's just a pat through the cage bars, a portion of food or a walk - I am grateful. Although I am over 10 years old, believe me, I have not gone anywhere yet..:) If you want to show me what a real home should look like, I will be endlessly grateful. I must admit, I get stressed by these dogs that bark here, I would like to experience some peace. I won't take up much space, if you decide to adopt me. Maybe you can give me a chance for a better tomorrow... I have been waiting so long to be truly loved... I have diabetes and neurological problems (it is currently under diagnosis, we are waiting for the CT scan results). Currently, monthly treatment is:

Dzień dobry mam na imię Mako. Jestem średniej wielkości, wiekowym już psem. 7 października 2022 roku przyprowadził mnie do schroniska pewien Pan, który był bliski dla mojej rodziny. Przyprowadził mnie, ponieważ moja dotychczasowa właścicielka z uwagi na swój zaawansowany wiek nie była w stanie sprawować nade mną opieki. Niestety moja historia była zawiła, koniec końców na stare lata każdy z członków rodziny wyjechał za granicę, a ja trafiłem do schroniska. Wychudzony, zarobaczony z przerośniętymi pazurami, a mimo wszystko z ogromnym optymizmem do każdego napotkanego człowieka. Doceniam każdą chwilę, którą człowiek mi poświęca, nawet jeśli jest to pogłaskanie przez kratkę boksu, porcję jedzenia lub spacer -jestem wdzięczny. Choć mam powyżej 10 - ciu lat, to uwierz mi nigdzie się jeszcze nie wybieram..:) Jeśli zechcesz pokazać mi jak powinien wyglądać prawdziwy dom, będę Ci dozgonnie wdzięczny. Muszę przyznać, że stresuję się tymi psami, jak tu szczekają, chciałbym zaznać trochę spokoju. Nie zajmę Ci wiele miejsca, jeśli zdecydujesz się na moją adopcję. Może dasz mi szansę na lepsze jutro... Tak długo czekam, by ktoś tak naprawdę mnie pokochał...Choruje na moczówkę prostą i problemy neurologiczne (jest w trakcie diagnostyki, czekamy na wyniki tomografii).
