Makoto2 is a friendly, patient, and gentle dog who puts his pack (family) above all else. He is quiet and balanced, attentive, and only follows commands that make sense to him. If his family strokes him too much, he simply walks away. He needs his space where he can observe or nap. Makoto2 is happy to see visitors he knows. Towards strangers in the house and garden, he is reserved, skeptical, and sometimes growls out of dislike. Makoto2 does not like being touched by strangers. Once he knows a person’s scent and is left alone without being touched or stroked, he quickly accepts unfamiliar people.
