Unsere liebe Mara gehört zur zweiten Sorte. Die hübsche Samtpfote ist anfangs sehr schüchtern und begegnet neuen Situationen mit großer Vorsicht. Doch wer ihr die Zeit gibt, die sie braucht, wird belohnt: Menschen, die Mara kennt und denen sie vertraut, dürfen sie bereits streicheln und erleben ihre liebevolle Seite. Das Tierheim mit all seinen Geräuschen und dem ständigen Trubel überfordert die sensible Katze sehr. Deshalb wünschen wir uns für Mara ein ruhiges Zuhause bei verständnisvollen Menschen, die nichts von ihr erwarten und ihr erlauben, in ihrem eigenen Tempo anzukommen. Mit anderen Katzen versteht sich Mara gut. Nach einer behutsamen Eingewöhnungszeit möchte sie außerdem wieder die Welt draußen entdecken und durch die Natur streifen dürfen.
