Mixed-breed Marilena - looking for a home where she can arrive Marilena is one of six siblings rescued by our Bulgarian animal welfare colleagues. The most important thing for the siblings is now done: they are safe. But a shelter cannot replace a home - especially not for a puppy who still has so much to discover. That's why Marilena wants to find her people or a foster home soon. Marilena is a friendly and lovable young dog and gets along well with other dogs. In her new home, many things will happen to her for the first time. She still needs to learn what is self-evident for us: becoming housebroken, walking on a leash, staying alone for a short time and dealing with the many new sounds and situations of everyday life. For this, she needs people who do not expect everything to work perfectly from the start. People who give her time, remain patient and accompany her lovingly. Because a puppy doesn't just mean cuddling and beautiful moments, but also responsibility, time, education and sometimes small setbacks. Whoever is willing to take on this challenge can experience how a little puppy becomes a wonderful companion for life. Marilena is waiting to finally meet her own family. Mischling Marilena –sucht ein Zuhause, in dem sie ankommen darf Marilena ist eines von sechs Geschwistern, die von unseren bulgarischen Tierschutzkollegen gerettet wurden. Für die Geschwister ist nun das Wichtigste geschafft: Sie sind in Sicherheit. Doch ein Shelter kann kein Zuhause ersetzen – besonders nicht für einen Welpen, der noch so viel zu entdecken hat. Deshalb möchte Marilena schon bald ihre Menschen oder eine Pflegestelle finden. Marilena ist eine freundliche und liebenswerte junge Hündin und versteht sich gut mit anderen Hunden. In ihrem neuen Zuhause wird vieles zum ersten Mal auf sie zukommen. Sie muss noch lernen, was für uns selbstverständlich ist: stubenrein zu werden, an der Leine zu laufen, kurze Zeit alleine zu bleiben und mit den vielen neuen Geräuschen und Situationen des Alltags umzugehen. Dafür braucht sie Menschen, die nicht erwarten, dass von Anfang an alles perfekt funktioniert. Menschen, die ihr Zeit geben, geduldig bleiben und sie liebevoll begleiten. Denn ein Welpe bedeutet nicht nur Kuscheln und schöne Momente, sondern auch Verantwortung, Zeit, Erziehung und manchmal kleine Rückschritte.
