Adopt Marina+Leucemia
Domestic Shorthair · Female · Young · 1 year
Marina is a beautiful one-year-old black female cat rescued in San Pedro Alcántara, Spain. She tested positive for feline leukemia (FeLV) but deserves a loving home. Currently shy and prefers her little house, she's gradually gaining confidence and taking small steps toward interaction. With patience and love, she will open up and enjoy life. FeLV positive cats need safe, loving homes and can live happily with other FeLV positive cats. Despite potentially shorter life expectancy, they live with the same enthusiasm and desire for affection as any cat.

Marina is a beautiful black cat, rescued in the Boulevard de San Pedro Alcántara area, aged one year. When tested for diseases, she tested positive for feline leukaemia (FeLV). She is a slightly shy cat who still prefers to spend time in her little house, but she is gradually gaining confidence. Every day she takes small steps: she is starting to come out, observe with curiosity and let herself be seen. We know that with patience and love she will eventually open up, interact with other positive cats and enjoy the life she deserves. Cats with leukaemia need more than anyone else a home where they feel safe and loved. Although their life expectancy may be different, they don't know that: they live in the present with the same enthusiasm, joy and desire for affection as any other cat. Adopting Marina means giving her a life full of love and the opportunity to leave loneliness and fear behind. 💖 Adopt a positive cat, they deserve a home too!
