Marino, born approximately 2021, neutered, approximately 60-65 cm shoulder height, at the shelter since December 2023. We took Marino from another shelter in December 2023, hoping to give him a chance at a good life. Yet, several years later, he is still with us and has not received a single inquiry. His best friend Pauli is in a similar situation. We can't understand this, because he shows himself to be a friendly, silly and people-oriented dog, who mastered his first walk with one of our volunteers brilliantly! He has become a bit quieter lately and has already impressed some volunteers with his pleasant nature. Now, all he needs is to find a family to move to. Currently located in Romania and allowed to travel if a home is found. Travels chipped and vaccinated (EU vaccination passport; vaccinations: rabies and basic immunization). All dogs are treated for intestinal parasites and ectoparasites upon arrival at the shelter and at least once a year thereafter. The described behavioral observations are based on everyday life at the shelter and may be different in a domestic environment under changed living conditions. 05/2025 Marino, geboren ca. 2021, kastriert, ca. 60-65 cm Schulterhöhe, im Shelter seit 12/2023 Marino haben wir aus einem anderen Shelter im Dezember 2023 übernommen und hofften, ihm den Absprung in ein gutes Leben zu ermöglichen. Doch mehrere Jahre später ist er immer noch bei uns und hatte in der Zwischenzeit keine einzige Anfrage erhalten. Seinem besten Freund Pauli geht es ähnlich. Wir können dies überhaupt nicht verstehen, denn er zeigt sich als freundlicher, alberner und menschenbezogener Hund, der seinen ersten Spaziergang mit einem unserer Volontäre ganz großartig gemeistert hat! Er ist in der letzten Zeit ein wenig ruhiger geworden und hat mit seiner angenehmen Art schon einige Volontäre begeistert. Nun fehlt ihm zu seinem Glück noch, endlich in eine Familie ziehen zu dürfen. Befindet sich aktuell in Rumänien und darf ausreisen, wenn er ein Zuhause gefunden hat. Reist gechipt und geimpft (EU Impfpass; Impfungen: Tollwut und Grundimmunisierung). Alle Hunde werden bei ihrer Ankunft im Shelter sowie anschließend mindestens einmal jährlich gegen Darmparasiten und Ektoparasiten behandelt. Die geschilderten Verhaltensbeobachtungen basieren auf dem Alltag im Shelter und können sich in einem häuslichen Umfeld unter veränderten Lebensbedingungen entsprechend anders darstellen.
