I'm Mario, and I got my name because of my love for adventures and incredible jumping ability and activity, just like the computer game character you know from childhood, I'm sure. I was found on a vacant lot, torn apart. At that time, I was still a small puppy, and I survived on my own in this cruel world. Probably, I somehow entered the territory of big and adult dogs that beat and bit me for a long time. I might have died on that vacant lot if a kind girl hadn't taken me to the clinic where I was treated and cared for for a long time until I recovered. However, there was nowhere to go, and so I ended up in an animal shelter. From then on, I really don't like other animals, but I love people very much. And I already love you, even if you don't doubt it! I adore running and playing in the fresh air, chasing ducks and pigeons, and I generally love tag. Just imagine how cool we can play and be friends! If you take me home, I'll be in seventh heaven, or however people say it correctly. Let's go home?

Тоді я ще був маленьким песиком, і сам виживав в навколишньому жорстокому світі. Певно, якось я зайшов на територію великих і дорослих собак, які дуже довго били мене і кусали. Мабуть, я б і помер на тому пустирі, якби одна добра дівчина не відвезла мене в клініку, де мене лікували і дбали дуже довго, поки я не видужав. Проте, йти було нікуди, і так я потрапив до притулку.
